摘要: We investigated, in young healthy participants, how the affective content of subliminally presented priming images and their specific visual attributes impacted conscious perception facial expressions. The were broadly categorized as aggressive, pleasant, or neutral further subcategorized by presence a face centricity (egocentric allocentric vantage-point) image content. Participants responded to emotion portrayed pixelated target-face indicating via key-press if expression was angry neutral. Response time target significantly slower when preceded primes, compared non-face primes (p < 0.05, Bonferroni corrected). In contrast, faster RTs observed faces primes. addition, participants’ performance worse contained an egocentric it either non-face. results suggest significant impact features on expression.
