摘要: The distribution and development of ferritin-containing cells were studied in the pons cerebellum human fetuses up to adults, using an immunohistochemical method. predominant cell type labeled with antiserum ferritin was morphologically oligodendrocytes. In pons, positive appeared at 21 weeks gestation reticular formation, longitudinal transverse fibers, 25 pontine nuclei. They increased age from 33 infancy. cerebellum, cerebellar white matter granular layer. 29 40 matter, childhood time appearance is earlier than cerebrum, like myelination. This ferritin-positive glia may be related maturation oligodendrocytes as well being basis
