摘要: Aging process or senescence affects the expression of a wide range phenotypic traits throughout life span organisms. These often show modular, synergistic, and even antagonistic relationships, are also influenced by genomic, developmental, physiological environmental factors. The cardiovascular system (CVS) in humans represents major modular which relationships among physiological, anatomical morphological undergo continuous remodeling an individual. Here we extend concept developmental plasticity order to study 14 measured on 3,412 individuals from Framingham Heart Study cohort, relative age gender, using exploratory structural equation modeling—a form systems analysis. Our results reveal differing patterns association cardiac younger older persons both sexes, indicating that factors may be channeled differentially relation gender during process. We suggest approaches necessary understand coordinated functional CVS over course individuals.
