摘要: Citrus fruit contain various flavonoids that have multiple biological activities. However, the content of these are changed during maturation and immature is known to larger amounts than mature. Chemokines significant mediators for cell migration, while thymus activation-regulated chemokine (TARC/CCL17) macrophage-derived (MDC/CCL22) well as typical inflammatory chemokines in atopic dermatitis (AD), a pruritic chronic skin disease. We reported recently EtOH extract unshiu inhibits TARC MDC production. Therefore, we investigated activity contained on levels.
