摘要: The collective migration of cells is essential for organogenesis. It requires the establishment spatial information within cellular group and a mechanism that controls onset cell movement migratory arrest. In this review I will use two examples migration, from Drosophila zebrafish, to discuss how genetic analyses have helped unravel some basic aspects migration. Following, suggest general experimental approaches further advance our understanding mechanisms control collectives.
