摘要: Donating, distributing and ultimately transplanting organs each has distinct ethical problems. In this paper I suggest that the first question is not what should be done but a fair way in which of these problems can addressed. Experts--whether transplant surgeons, policy analysts, political scientists or ethicists--can help guide cannot by themselves make such decisions. making decisions difference between identified non-identified lives crucial. an approach reason tempered compassion ("compassionate rationality") when dealing with unidentified controlled ("rational compassion") must serve us well.
