摘要: In this paper we propose an architecture for adaptive workflow management system (WFMS) and present the research prototype CBRFlow. CBRFlow extends execution with conversational case-based reasoning (CCBR) to adapt predefined model changing circumstances provide WFMS learning capabilities. Business rules within are annotated during run-time context-specific information in form of cases using CCBR sub-system. When case reuse becomes frequent, manually refactored into foster automatic execution. This feedback supports continuous process improvement, resulting more manageable efficient business processes over time.
