摘要: Ii Y., Uragami A., Uno Kanechi M., Inagaki N., 2012. RAPD-based analysis of differences between male and female genotypes Asparagus officinalis . Hort. Sci. (Prague), 39: 33–37. ( L.) plants are dioecious. All-male cultivars desired because their higher yields. To increase the proportion individuals planted in field expedite breeding all-male asparagus, development generally applicable molecular markers to distinguish is required. Bulked genomic DNA samples from ten (XY) (XX) was screened with 10-bp random prim ers. Of 188 primers tested, primer T35R54 produced a 1600-bp fragment observed only individuals. The specificity this T35R54-1600 marker verified using one supermale (YY) line four F 1 progenies (XY). both lines. sequence (5'-TTCACGGTGG-3') absent among sequences or amplified fragments previous studies. Therefore, could be useful as sex-related future studies reliability sex determination asparagus.
