摘要: Estrogen receptor (ER) is a hormone-regulated transcription factor that controls cell division and differentiation in the ovary, breast, uterus. The expression of ER common feature majority breast cancers, which used as therapeutic target. Recent genetic studies have shown binding occurs regions distant to promoters estrogen target genes. These also demonstrated accompanied with other factors, regulate function response anti-estrogen therapies. In this review, we explain how these factors influence interaction chromatin their cooperation for transcriptional activity. Moreover, describe dictates Finally, discuss cytoplasmatic signaling pathways may modulate its cooperating factors.
