摘要: There is much current interest in spread spectrum wireless mobile communications and particular the issue of capacity. We characterize cellular capacity provide a combined power control, cell-site selection algorithm that enables this to be achieved. The adapts users' transmitter levels switches them between cell-sites, it shown converges an allocation users cells optimal sense interference minimized. decentralized, can considered as mechanism for diversity handover. numerical examples show how effectively relieves local network congestion, by switching heavily congested cell adjacent, less cells. >
