摘要: The overall objective of this Master thesis was to establish an optimized ethanol organosolv pretreatment Norway spruce (Picea abies) for bioethanol production (63 wt% EtOH, pH~3.5 in aqueous phase, 170-240 °C, 90 min) utilizing hydrolytic enzymes the saccharification. Focus on achieving a high degree delignification with minimal degradation cellulose. To test generality method, series pretreatments were also be performed sugarcane bagasse (50 155-210 90-120 min). increased increasing temperature during pretreatment, fastest increase observed bagasse. Two reactor modes utilized spruce. Still, use regular batch achieved highest delignification. maximum ~66% reached at ~235 °C spruce, while ~82% ~210 °C. Cellulose subjected (5-10 percentage points) these temperatures. This not desired. Sequential enzymatic hydrolysis (30 FPU/g cellulose, 32 pNPGU/g 50 48 hrs) pretreated biomass complete conversion both rawmaterials degrees SEM analyses indicated reprecipitation spherical lignin particles
