摘要: MULTI-COMPONENT MIXTURES ARE CHROMATOGRAPHICALLY SEPARATED INTO THEIR COMPONENTS ON A LARGE SCALE BY USING SEPARATION COLUMN DIVIDED TWO SECTIONS, PASSING THE FEED STREAM FIRST SECTION, REMOVING FRACTIONS CONTAINING IMPURTIES FROM END OF SIMULTANEOUSLY AN EQUIVALENT AMOUNT ELUTION AGENT SECOND THEREUPON CONNECTING SECTIONS WITH EACH OTHER UNTIL THERE APPEARS AT SECTION FRACTION COMTAINING NEXT CYCLE PASSED AND RECOVERING MAIN SECTION.
