摘要: Intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH) and abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) represent a spectrum of disease with wide-reaching effects. While often thought as surgical disease, number medical management strategies may be utilized, in some cases obviating the need for intervention. Central to this issue are interrelated pressures within abdominal, thoracic, vascular compartments body. Fluid treatment renal dysfunction patients at risk IAH ACS is complex problem one that cannot easily separated from concurrent multiorgan system We therefore provide brief overview systemic effects affect many developing acute kidney injury setting. will review more detail relevant pathophysiology well treating ACS.
