摘要: While undertaking the descriptive dissection of a Baikal seal (Phoca sibirica), anatomy neck, thorax, and pectoral limbs were compared with that ringed seal, two harp seals, grey seals. Comparison myology showed to be most similar, whereas seals had more muscular subdivisions than previous species. The nonlobate lungs indicate advanced development. generally robust pronounced areas muscle attachment. Skeletal characteristics limb this species is primitive four.
