摘要: Although socioeconomic inequalities in cancer survival have been demonstrated both within and between countries, evidence on the variation of over time past diagnosis is sparse. Furthermore, no comprehensive analysis differences Germany has conducted. Therefore, we analyzed variations for patients diagnosed with one 25 most common sites 1997-2006 ten population-based registries (covering 32 million inhabitants). Patients were assigned a status according to district residence at diagnosis. Period was used derive 3-month, 5-year conditional 1-year age-standardized relative 2002-2006 each deprivation quintile Germany. Relative living deprived compared all other districts by model-based period analysis. For 21 sites, lower than combined. The median excess risk death decreased from 1.24 first 3 months 1.16 following 9 1.08 4 years. Inequalities persisted after adjustment stage. These major regional indicate potential improving care Studies individual-level patient data access treatment information should be conducted examine reasons these more detail.
