摘要: A magnetic ink character reading system is provided in which multi-element read heads are positioned a spaced apart and staggered arrangement. Data signals occurring the analog responses of detected, converted to discrete logic level under control dynamically adjustable threshold. The each head sampled response independent data sample phase locked rate respective head. NRZ (non-return-to-zero) formed thereby synchronized common fixed frequency, serialized faithfully represent characters appearing on documents passing heads.
