摘要: The authors describe a rare case of patient with an optic pit that was accompanied by cyst-like change in the macula without serous retinal detachment. A 38-year-old woman 10-year history visual impairment her right eye referred to authors' clinic. best-corrected acuity 20/200 eye, and ophthalmoscopy showed tangential traction surrounding vitreous. treated vitrectomy posterior vitreous separated from retina during procedure. After surgery, region disappeared corrected improved 20/40. suggest played important role pathogenesis maculopathy.
