摘要: Resveratrol has been reported to increase adrenaline-induced lipolysis in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. The general aim of the present work was gain more insight concerning effects trans-resveratrol on lipid mobilization. specific purpose assess involvement two main lipases: adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL) and hormone-sensitive (HSL), activation induced by this molecule. For experiments, human SGBS adipocytes as well tissue from wild-type, ATGL knockout HSL mice were used. Moreover, gene protein expressions these lipases analyzed. Resveratrol-induced free fatty acids release but not glycerol under basal isoproterenol-stimulating conditions When blocked compound 76-0079, acid still resveratrol. By contrast, presence C, an inhibitor adenosine monophosphate-activated kinase, resveratrol effect totally blunted. increased expressions, that observed for HSL. epididymal wild-type mice. Taking a whole, results provide novel evidence regulates lipolytic activity murine adipocytes, white mice, acting mainly at transcriptional posttranscriptional levels. Enzyme seems be via kinase.
