摘要: A neural networks based approach to determine the appropriate machining parameters such as speed, depth of cut and feed is proposed in this study. In were used for building automatic process planning systems. Training was performed with back propagation method by using data sets sampled a standard handbook. These consist simple processing, elements or nodes capable processing information response external inputs. This saves computing time storage space. addition, it provides easy extendability new become available. Currently, system three networks: turning, milling drilling operations. The performance trained network evaluated examine how well predicts parameters. Test results show that turning operation able predict parameter values within an acceptable error rate.
