摘要: In this article, I discuss careers from various perspectives, in particular, as an individual phenomenon, organizational system, and society general. the changing nature of how they became more dynamic, line with wider business environment. Exploring labor markets ecosystem explore factors influencing career planning management. then move to outcomes, again, at three level analysis: national outcomes. terms practical management careers, list practice organizations that may employ deal can be integrated. refer issues associate other elements human resource management, such global markets, work–life balance, issue diversity. Finally, present a view shape things come future careers.
