摘要: Under appropriate conditions, the activity of phosphofructokinase skeletal muscle from frog and mouse is extremely sensitive to small changes in pH physiological range, a low decreasing affinity enzyme for fructose 6-phosphate. It concluded that shifts intracellular are important regulation phosphofructokinase, but this effect makes interpretation data intact quite difficult.
