摘要: Abstract A clonal rat embryo cell line, 3Y1, was transformed by the Hind III-I·J fragment of adenovirus 7 DNA (left 8.1% whole Adz DNA), one partial digestion products with Hin dIII, and Ad7 DNA. Most, if not all, nucleotide sequences dIII-I·J were present in cells fragment, whereas approximately left two thirds viral genome These results indicate that transforming gene is located mapped at 8% end genome.
