摘要: OBJECTIVE To histologically evaluate healing following grafting a xenogenous bone substitute in the buccal gap around immediately placed one-piece zirconia implant. MATERIALS AND METHODS The third and fourth premolars (PM3 PM4) both quadrants of mandible nine Mongrel Hound dogs were used for this experiment. They have been removed, recipient sites prepared. implants lingual position socket. In one side jaw, between implant socket walls was grafted (test) while no performed contralateral (control), randomly selected. After 6 months healing, biopsies obtained prepared histological analysis. Vertical horizontal measures recorded surface. RESULTS hard tissue coronal on test compared with control side. thickness ZLA (zirconia large-grit sandblasted acid-etched surface) level larger On side, first bone-implant contact crest, at aspect, more to PM4 PM3 same happened crest. width wall than 1 mm apical ZLA. CONCLUSION placement xenograft 1-piece modified process providing additional amount tissue.
