摘要: Cereal aleurone responses to gibberellic acid (GA3) include activation of synthesis hydrolytic enzymes and acidification the external medium. We have studied effect pH incubation medium on response wheat (Triticum aestivum) cells GA3. De-embryonated half grains show capacity for GA3-activated when is carried out at 6.0 7.0 but not lower pHs. In addition, activating GA3 expression carboxypeptidase III thiol protease genes more efficient hormone treatment neutral pH. situ staining showed that starchy endosperm takes place upon imbibition advances from embryo distal part grain. hybridization experiments a similar pattern gene, which up-regulated by in cells. However, gene precedes acidification. These findings imply vivo GA perception layer suggest regulated germinated grains.
