摘要: Abstract It is shown that the catch-effort electrofifhing methods, which are those most often employed for estimates of riverine fish density and biomass, not precise. These multiple sampling procedures time- manpower-consuming, can change habitat community structure. The results, collected in rivers different size character, show curvilinear relationships between average specimen percentage, number biomass caught by one electrofishing. Using such minimizes alteration structure procedure. Conditions must be fulfilled proper use proposed discussed.
