摘要: We examined the impact of Sindbis virus (SINV) infection on cell cycle progression in a cancer line, HeLa, and non-cancerous Vero. Cell analyses showed that SINV is able to alter both HeLa Vero cells, but differently, especially during early stage infection. affected expression several regulators (CDK4, CDK6, cyclin E, p21, A B) cells caused accumulate S phase Monitoring replication expressing indicators revealed which infected G1 preferred proliferate S/G2 phase, average time interval for viral was significantly shorter than phase.
