摘要: Anchored in the resource‐based view theory, objective of this research is to empirically analyse behavioural factors affecting green supply chain management (GCSM) performance a fast‐growing emerging economy by taking an empirical data set 101 responses from personnel mining sector. Behavioural chains are still critical challenge—not yet well‐explored academic subject—when focus on industry economies like India; lack studies field could be factor preventing Indian becoming more green. In terms methodology, original survey were processed through AMOS 4.0, adopted for assessing causal connection among six constructs, that is, top support, teamwork, workplace culture, resistance change, innovation, and motivation. We further explore input human side GCSM highlighting support motivation most crucial influence The study will helpful companies because it enable them identify areas require their attention enhancing related aspects.
