摘要: Acinar and ductal cells of the exocrine pancreas form a close functional unit. Although most studies contain data either on acinar or cells, an increasing number evidence highlights importance pancreatic acinar-ductal One best examples for this unit is regulation luminal pH by both cell types. Protons co-released during exocytosis from acini cause significant acidosis, whereas, bicarbonate secreted alkalization in lumen. This suggests that first probably one important role secretion not only to neutralize acid chyme entering into duodenum stomach, but acidic content cells. To accomplish role, it more than likely have physiological sensing mechanisms which would allow them regulate pH. date, four different classes acid-sensing ion channels been identified gastrointestinal tract (transient receptor potential channels, two-pore domain potassium channel, ionotropic purinoceptor channel), however, none these studied In mini-review, we summarize our current knowledge urge scientists characterize also investigate challenge load
