摘要: Abstract Aluminum and their alloys are widely used in harsh chemical environments due to superior corrosion resistance. This paper aims investigate the resistance of aluminum alloy 6061 under a mixture acids with methanol. The acidic consists Nitric acid, Hydrochloric Hydrofluoric acid. Three different percentage level methanol was varied by 20, 25 30% leading during study. After treated chemical, samples were involved rolling process. Heat treatment 550 °C for 1 h. Surface topography analysis studied using light optical microscope unit. Tafel plot, Nyquist plots results shows that rate increased increase Methanol percentage.
