摘要: The tissue structure of secondary lymphoid organs is characterized by a highly compartmentalized distribution its haematopoietic and stromal cells. ordered arrangement mobile cells assisted the sessile constituents, whose cytokine production provides survival stimuli for lymphocytes as well positioning cues within various lymphocyte compartments. In this part, developmental aspects essential cytokines homeostatic chemokines that also profoundly affect embryonic formation tissues are presented. Importantly, same soluble factors may operate during initiation maintenance organized structure, although interacting haemopoietic cellular partners substantially different between two conditions. This part describes main their combined effects on development peripheral tissues.
