Post-traumatic palmar carpal subluxation. Report of two cases.

摘要: Traumatic carpal instability can be difficult to detect and may present complicated management problems. Post-traumatic palmar subluxation has been previously described only as a theoretical ligament instability. Such condition implies disruption of the normal attachments either within or around carpus, both, which very often results in altered intercarpal relationships disturbed kinematics. is form that we could not find any previous reports. We are reporting cases two patients who were followed for three years after such an injury. After closed reduction non-operative management, both had satisfactory functional result.
