摘要: Background Pregnancy and childbirth are associated with weight gain in women, retention of gained during pregnancy can lead to obesity later life. Diet physical activity factors that influence the loss retained after birth. Exercise guidelines exist for pregnancy, but recommendations exercise virtually nonexistent. The aim this study was evaluate effect intervention based on pedometer level anthropometric measures women childbirth.
