摘要: Abstract The clearance of erythrocytes sensitized with IgG was studied in MRL Mp - lpr (MRL-lpr) and -+/+ (MRL-+/+) mice, which spontaneously develop autoimmune disease. In both strains, an age-dependent decline IgG-sensitized found. Impaired occurred at earlier age MRL-lpr mice than MRL-+/+ correlating the relative severity disease these strains. Androgen treatment improved but not even though autoantibody levels, renal function, survival were improved. These results suggest that beneficial effects androgen on are due solely to immune complexes.
