摘要: Several sol–gel routes have been considered, studied and developed to produce large quantities of granulates which can be processed obtain ceramics having good superconducting characteristics. In the considered process a mixture commercial nitrates is atomized, at room temperature, in solution 1:1 Primene JMT benzene, pale blue gel starting elements suddenly formed. The obtained are free flowing, very reactive well suited for pressing. For their intrinsic characteristics they could precursors production superconductive different forms. precipitated dried, calcined, pressed form cylindrical pellets sintered up 960°C. No grinding or thermal treatments needed. material has low electric resistance, shows clear Meissner effect transition temperature between 91 95 K.
