Alternative approaches to control of cyathostomes: an African perspective.

摘要: Cyathostomes are common nematode parasites of horses, donkeys and mules in developing countries. These equids usually work on a daily basis this includes transportation goods, crops people. Stress, associated with work, limited nutrition often result loss condition, cyathostomid nematodes may, then, cause clinical disease. Because anthelmintics not always accessible or affordable many parts Africa, there may be anthelmintic resistance to current remedies, management practices used as an adjunct chemotherapy. This paper discusses some approaches the control cyathostomes countries well proposed areas research which practical appropriate problem.
