摘要: This article reviews the management of uremic child from perspective an anesthesiologist and cardiopulmonary clinician. The acute stresses anesthesia, surgery, mechanical ventilation mandate a systematic, functional approach to addressing rapidly progressing complications that may occur in these patients. Chronic renal failure be result many different diseases, but most share common implications during anesthesia [1, 2]. Furthermore, can associated with acutely decreased function both normal diseased kidneys [3].
