摘要: Spontaneous abortion is a considerable threat to the physiology and mental health of mother. The etiology spontaneous multifactorial with complicated mechanisms, which overexposure non-essential metals (especially heavy metals) has been proposed be associated adverse birth outcomes. However, significant knowledge gaps remain filled in, such as deleterious profile their interplay essential in abnormal pregnancy. Under this setting, we aimed address these challenges by conducting cross-sectional study on 56 patients 1st trimester, comparing 55 healthy pregnant women trimester 41 non-pregnant women. Overexposure few metals, arsenic (As), antimony (Sb) bismuth (Bi), was found abortion, likewise, some elements, magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), vanadium (V), strontium (Sr) tin (Sn), were also elevated under abortion. Further evidence pregnancy induced reduced level internal hormones necessary for normal gestation, estradiol (E2) progesterone (PRGE) Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels slightly increased Comprehensive correlation analyses carried out identify crucial factors that result Our data stratified important variables decreasing order: PRGE, As, Mg, Sb, Sr, Sn, Bi times progress Moreover, labyrinthine associations uncovered between elements causing Therefore, our combined unveiled likely synergistic implications disordered metabolism
