Salivary dermal analogue tumors arising in lymph nodes

摘要: Dermal analogue tumor, an unusual type of monomorphic salivary adenoma, occurs in the parotid gland and rarely other tissues. This report describes three patients with dermal tumors arising from ectopic tissue lymph nodes. Two appeared periparotid nodes one lateral upper cervical region. All were men, aged 50 to 60 years, who all had a painless neck mass for 1 year or longer. Currently, are free disease 14, 3, 2 respectively, after surgical excision. adenomas join several possible intranodal origin should not be confused metastases.
