摘要: Purpose of Investigation: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has emerged as an important modality in the evaluation extension endometrial carcinoma which is essential planning treatment and predicting prognosis. This study aimed to assess value MRI preoperative staging carcinoma. Methods: We included this 162 patients with a histological diagnosis who underwent pelvic surgical staging. images were compared pathological findings measure MRI's sensitivity, specificity, positive negative predictive values diagnostic accuracy what concerns myometrial, cervical lymph node invasion. Results: differentiation deep myometrial invasion from superficial disease agreed 77% cases, sensitivity 83%, specificity 72% 77%. Concerning invasion, had 42%, 92%, 81% respectively. In assessing presented just 17%, 99% 89%. Conclusion: Our confirmed high When evaluating micrometastases are responsible for low sensitivy MRI.
