摘要: Detailed echocardiographic evaluation of right ventricular muscle thickness and systolic functions was performed in twenty two cases isolated rheumatic mitral stenosis without clinical signs systemic venous congestion, tricuspid regurgitation or atrial fibrillation. Twenty age sex matched normal persons formed the control group. Right significantly increased patients with stenosis. End-diastolic end-systolic long axis measurements areas were fractional shortening these parameters reduced patient Our results show that are impaired even absence congestion. This impairment function did not correlate pulmonary flow acceleration time. Myocardial involvement process could be one possibility. Systolic movement Tricuspid annulus mid cavity short dimension sensitive detecting dysfunction.
