摘要: In the past few years, growing attention has been devoted to study of interactions taking place in mixed systems phospholipid membranes (for instance form vesicles) and hard nanoparticles (NPs). this context liposomes (vesicles) may serve as versatile carriers or a model system for biological membranes. Research on these led observation novel hybrid structures whose morphology strongly depends charge, composition size interacting colloidal species well nature (pH, ionic strength) their dispersing medium. A central role is played by phase behaviour bilayers which have tremendous influence liposome properties. Another aspect incorporation into vesicles, intimately linked conditions required transporting nanoparticle through membrane. Herein, we review recent progress made investigations liposome/nanoparticle focusing particularly interesting that are formed potential applications.
