摘要: Available information on gas solubility in microbial culture media is reviewed. Emphasis given to oxygen and carbon dioxide solubilities. Experimental techniques which can be successfully applied are presented. All the parameters affect solubilities, i.e., above all composition of thoroughly discussed. In general, solubilities nutrition cultivation predicted by a log-additivity approach. To this end knowledge (K1) individual compounds required.
