摘要: We analyze simulated streaked valence band photoemission with atomic streaking theory-based reconstruction methods to investigate the differences between gas-phase and surface streaking. The careful distinction is a prerequisite justify application of measurements. show that neglecting structure underestimates width reconstructed photoelectron wavepackets, consistent Fourier transform limit spectrum. find fit Gaussian wavepackets within description adequate limited extent. Systematic errors depend on near-infrared skin depth, an inherently surface-specific property, are present in temporal widths methods.
