摘要: Abstract Background A deleterious effect of complete left bundle-branch block (LBBB) on ventricular function has been established. Nevertheless, the independent a widened QRS mortality rate in congestive heart failure (CHF) is still controversial. Therefore, we carried out this analysis to determine whether LBBB an predictor CHF. Methods and Results We analyzed large Italian Network CHF Registry unselected outpatients with different causes. The registry was established by Association Hospital Cardiologists 1995. Complete 1-year follow-up data were available for 5517 patients. main underlying cardiac diagnosis ischemic disease 2512 patients (45.6%), dilated cardiomyopathy 1988 (36.0%), hypertensive 714 (12.9%). Other causes recorded remaining 303 cases (5.5%). present 1391 (25.2%) associated increased from any cause (hazard ratio, 1.70; 95% confidence interval, 1.41 2.05) sudden death 1.58; 1.21 2.06). Multivariate showed that such risk significant after adjusting age, disease, indicators severity, prescription angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors β-blockers. Conclusion unfavorable prognostic marker negative drug prescriptions. These may support rationale randomized trials verify effects resynchronization multisite pacing LBBB.
