摘要: Industrial relations reforms starting in the late 1980s decentralized wage determination Australia. Using data from Australian Bureau of Statistics’ Survey Education and Training gathered 1993, before full effects decentralization had been realized, 2001, after which impacts structural changes become manifested, study shows emergence an inverse relationship between employer size–wage effect union/nonunion differential among male workers. The is similar to those found United States UK, other economies with wage-setting regimes.
