摘要: Gastroesophageal reflux (GER), defined as passage of gastric contents into the esophagus, and GER disease (GERD), symptoms or complications GER, are common pediatric problems encountered by both primary specialty medical providers. Clinical manifestations GERD in children include vomiting, poor weight gain, dysphagia, abdominal substernal pain, esophagitis respiratory disorders. The Guideline Committee North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology Nutrition has formulated a clinical practice guideline management GER.
