摘要: Purpose: To evaluate changes in choroidal thickness (CT) inherited retinal diseases and its relationship with age, spherical equivalent, visual acuity, macular thickness. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 51 eyes features dystrophy 26 subjects, who underwent enhanced depth imaging using spectral domain (SD) optical coherence tomography (OCT), were included. The CT measurements made at the fovea 5 points an interval 500 microns both directions, nasal temporal from compared age-matched healthy subjects. Step-wise regression was used to find between best-corrected acuity (BCVA), central (CMT), subfoveal CT. Results: Disease distribution as follows: Stargardt's disease 18 (9 subjects); Best (3 cone-rod (13 Bietti's crystalline 2 (1 subject). Mean 266.33 ± 76 microns. On analysis, no significant correlation found any other variable such age (P = 0.9), gender 0.5), CMT 0.1), equivalent 0.3) BCVA 0.6). While comparing statistical difference noted < 0.05) among all groups. Conclusion: Our study reports quantitative various common seen Indian populations. validate choroid, a longitudinal larger sample size is warranted.
