摘要: A prospective open-labeled clinical study was carried out to compare the safety of dextran 70 and low molecular weight heparin (dalteparin; DD group) versus alone (D in patients subjected elective hip replacement surgery. Dalteparin, 5,000 IU/day 70, 500 ml during surgery on first postoperative day were administered 214 patients. Dextran infused 44 patients, 1st, 3rd 5th day. Mean total blood loss operation until 2nd 1,708 group 1,712 D (p = 0.79). During 1st week, no differences found relative number that received packed red cells 0.95), amount transfused 1.0) changes hemoglobin concentrations 0.69). The present results suggest dalteparin can be combined recommended doses without significantly increasing perioperative bleeding undergoing Bone traumatization insufficient plugging surgical traumatized bone surfaces with cement favor bleeding. Further well-designed studies are needed evaluate efficacy this regimen.
