摘要: The use of various lipids for the modification intestinal absorption lipophilic, hydrophilic, or macromolecular drugs is reviewed. influence on drug varies with structure and physical state incorporated lipids. mechanisms across intestine, that involve in emulsions, liposomes, micelles, are discussed. fusogenic micellar can be most effective enabling poorly absorbed drugs, such as antibiotics macromolecules. Moreover, within gastrointestinal tract their promoting ability greatest colorectal region. Fusogenic also useful selective lymphatic delivery a carrier.
