摘要: Until recently, the critical importance of alveolar epithelial barrier in pathogenesis and recovery from severe acute lung injury had not been appreciated. However, progress two areas has created a breakthrough our under-standing epithelium ARDS. First, past 10 years, mechanisms that regulate transport fluid protein across normal have identified. Second, there are now new data regarding responsible for to on process cell repair. Therefore, it is possible study resolution both experimental clinical settings.
